You don't have my breed of dog as a tree decoration, can you make it for me?

Of course, please send us an email with the breed of your dog or the type of animal you would like and we will try our best to design and make this for you. Our email is hello@hollyandgin.co.uk. 

I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?

Of course! Please send an email with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!

I have placed an order, where is it?

We aim to process and post our orders within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. If you're in the UK for example and choose the free First Class postage, we would aim to process your order within 24 hours, and then it would be an estimated 1-2 working days for delivery after that. Full postage options can be viewed on our delivery page here, we offer tracked and non-tracked options.

I've ordered a personalised item, but I did it wrong!

If you want to change your wording, please contact us as soon as you can, either by telephone or email. We do aim to send your order within 24 hours, so the sooner you contact us, the better. Our telephone number is 01257 413 293 or you can email us at hello@hollyandgin.co.uk.

I like one of your personalised products but I want something else written on it, can you do this? 

If you like one of our personalised products but you think it would look great with something else written on it, please do get in touch and we can see if we can change this for you!
